Well made & strong plastic

I didn't recognise the brand but thought I would try it and I am pleasantly surprised. The sleeve is made of strong heavy duty plastic which locks securely in to the base. Better than similar other makes, I would recommend and have no hesitation of using it outside on my bird feeding station.
