The quality and design of this Trixie Cave is brilliant. It is a large Cave - my Bella is a long cat and she doesn’t like being too curled up - this is perfect: you could fit in two cats who liked snuggling up together. It is a lovely honeycombed pattern, a sort of latte colour with a dash of dusty pink in, the picture doesn’t do it justice. It is ideal for cats who do not like an igloo, but need something that keeps any drafts off them now the colder months have started. The cushion is lovely about 3 inches depth, the honeycombed on the bottom and Sherpa fleece on the top, the Cave is lined with Sherpa fleece and the Cave top has about 1.5 inches of padding, feels like foam, so keep her warm and cosy with a little blanket. Bella didn’t move from it except for meals and her toilette for four days, however - being a cat - she has now taken to sleeping on top of her Cave! It is easy to put back in shape and I am hopeful she will return to actually getting into again soon, a superb product - just a little more expensive, so pleased I purchased it. I attach a photo, it wasn’t very successful - I took her blanket off for a moment and tried to get her to move around a bit to show more, I think she thought she was getting her flea treatment, hope she forgives me soon!
