The new Hy Equestrian StormX Zebra fly rug is designed to protect your horse from annoying flying insects. The black and white stripes confuse insects so they steer clear while the breathable mesh fabric prevents the horse from overheating. This rug features a neck cover that can be closed with three touch tape fastenings, adjustable buckle chest closures, cross surcingles and a fillet string, all ensuring the rug stays securely in place. The large shoulder gussets allow free movement and the large tail flap offers added protection.

Easy to order, speedy delivery, everything worked well but unfortunately the rug was just a smidge too small. I’d recommend the company and the rug itself, but I’d also recommend ordering the next size up. As quickly as the rug arrived, so the money was paid back into my account equally speedily. Great company, thank you.

Does a job, but disappointed there is no stomach guard. Quite flimsy overall, and smaller than expected, but it looks OK and is fine for short term wearing. However, has now started to rub on the shoulders so not suitable for full time turnout. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Great value rug. Well made and durable. My last stormx fly rug lasted longer than most. Good fit. Ture to size.

Lovely and lightweight and reasonably priced. Small for the size my mare takes a 5ft 9 or 6ft depending on make but this one at 6ft slightly short and due to her build the neckcover was too tight and I have the straps extended. So more suited to a lighter biuld (mine is PRE). However all in all a reasonable rug mor the price.
