Directions for use
Apply liberally and gently massage into affected area. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin.

Can this be used on a horse's foot sole or only leg?
This product is intended for the skin and I do not think it would be absorbed well enough through the sole to be able to have any effect. You could try it as it would do no harm, but I am not confident it would be any help.
