A tasteless cleaning gel, developed to discourage the causes of bad breath. The freshener contains active enzymes to help break down plaque and eliminate bacteria, acting to ensure a healthy oral condition is maintained. Great for dogs that do not respond well to oral cleaning pastes or sprays.
Deionized water, zinc gluconate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), methylcellulose, taurine, methylparaben, propylparaben, F.D.&C. blue no. 1. May also contain zinc sulfate.
Remove cap and applicator tip. Pour attached vial contents into gel. Snap applicator tip into place and replace cap. After ascorbic acid has dropped to bottom of gel, shake until dissolved. Holding your pet's head steady with one hand, place the applicator tip inside the corner of the mouth. Gently squeeze a small amount of gel onto the outside of the back upper molar teeth and gums. A natural cleansing action will distribute gel to remote areas. Use daily for best results.
The mixed product should be refrigerated or stored in a cool dark cabinet. Keep out of direct sunlight. A blue or green color denotes freshness.
Keep out of reach of children.

I always use this for my dogs after I have brushed their teeth, just to make doubly sure. Also if you have a dog who makes it difficult for you to brush their teeth it is good just to put some drops in their mouth

The vet suggested I start using this for my cats many years ago, at least 5-6, after a fang had to be removed from one of them. I apply a droplet to one and then the other index fingers and apply it to the tooth / gum area. Well, my felines are all getting on in age but we haven't lost a single tooth since using this daily as part of their daily care regime. This improved oral hygiene has resulted in healthier gums, no eating discomfort or oral pain and certainly less vet bills.
