The Jolly Moggy Silverline Seagrass Animal is a soft toy covered by a seagrass tube to provide a great scratch and play toy. It contains the natural attractant silvervine to induce playfulness in your cat. Silvervine is a non-toxic plant grown in Japan which is known to cause a similar effect to catnip, only more intense.

My cat loves silvervine, even better than catnip, I have bought him a few toys from the Jolly Moggy range that he really enjoys playing with. However, the seagrass version has not gone down well. I've yet to see him play with it at all.
