Johnston & Jeff Sunflower Hearts are the seeds from inside Black Sunflower husks - high energy and easy to feed on, they attract a terrific variety of birds. These, together with Niger seeds, are a class food source for all birds but particularly the smaller species such as blue
tits which must eat a quarter of their body weight in food per day to survive cold weather.
