How do HoofBoost™ Farrier’s Pellets help?

Biotin, known for its vital role in promoting healthy hooves, supports the production of keratin—a key protein found in hoof tissue which stimulates the growth of strong and healthy horn.

Amino Acids, the building blocks of proteins, are essential for new hoof tissue development and repair. This promotes strength and elasticity, reducing the risk of cracks and other structural issues.

Collagen is the main component of connective tissues and essential to the process of repairing hoof structures and promoting the growth of healthy, well-structured hooves. Vitamin C also plays an important role in the synthesis of collagen.

Zinc aids in the synthesis of keratin to promote strong, sturdy hooves, and is often lacking in horses & ponies with hoof issues.

MSM can help to reduce uncomfortable inflammation, as well combat oxidative stress. The bioavailable sulphur contents from MSM also contributes to stronger hoof horn.

Omega Fatty Acids can help reduce inflammation in the hoof tissues, promote blood circulation, and support the integrity of the hoof capsule.

Rich levels of Antioxidants including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-Carotene & Copper help maintain the integrity of the hoof structures by reducing oxidative damage caused by the environment and normal metabolic processes.

Feeding Guide:

Complementary feeding stuff in mini pellet form. To be fed with complementary forages. This product is for feeding to horses and ponies only. If using a hoof supplement for the first time, we recommend feeding double the recommended daily amount for the first week. Please allow around 3 months of use to see a noticeable difference as new, healthy horn grows in to replace the old hoof.
