Fluval Quick Clear helps to eliminate such unwanted particles as dirt, slit, fine sand, inorganic and suspended organic particles which cause cloudy water in tropical aquariums. It uses ionic attraction to clump together waste which enhances the filter absorption and helps to give crystal clear water.

In the colder weather my aquarium seems to cloud up, I used just a tiny amount of this product, once a week, when I changed the water and it has definitely helped. Three weeks and I can see through to the back surface.
