I inadvertently ordered the wrong size of ball (finger trouble on computer), actually intending to purchase the pack of two smaller balls. When I asked about changing the ball I could only do so if I paid the return postage. Too expensive so I kept it. Still unused. Will not purchase anything else due to their returns policy.
