I order one of these for my cat Pippin who spends most of her time trying to lose all her collars! This one has lasted for a few weeks and looks stylish on her too. It has a safety catch which I like.

Is there a bell?

Does the collar have a bell? And is it comfortable for the cat?

I believe these do come with a bell, as shown in the photo. This would be comfortable for the cat if applied correctly. Ensure it is not too tight around the neck and you can fit a finger between the collar and the skin of the cat.
