My dogs eye was swollen the swelling which has gone down a lot now
These drops will help soothe the eye but it is advised you see your vet for any scratch injuries. There may be damage to the eyeball itself which could lead to ulceration and need prescription medications to resolve.

These drop can help soothe and lubricate the eye but they may not resolve the underlying cause to the conjunctivitis. It is best to see your vet to get a diagnosis for the condition.

Can u use this for red eye
These drops help lubricate and moisturise the eye. If the eye is red then this can be a variety of causes, reddening around the eye often implies inflammation/infection. These drops are unlikely to help this and it is advised you contact your vet for diagnosis and treatment.
