I have asked for a refund on the product (and VioVet have yet to reply despite it being many days). The torch doesn't work- it usually has barely any light, the light flickers on and off when it does have light.
This doesn't help at night. I tried to attach a video of me holding the torch in the dark and trying to get any light. You'll see the video is almost black. The light is held about a food away from a surface, and it cannot even manage to light up that surface. The video was refused on upload.
The plastic carrier is cheaply made- it feels like something you'd get in Pound-Land.
I regret this purchase and hope to hear from VioVet soon regarding the refund. I do not recommend this purchase.
